Mr. Kamlesh Ojha
Mr. Kamlesh Ojha , the Managing Director & CEO of the company, has Master Degree in Business Administration from Pondicherry University, and has Post Graduate in Marketing & IT from Asia Pacific Institute of Management & Studies, New Delhi.
He is science graduate with Zoology (Hons) and had the depth knowledge of insects, there life cycle & habitats. He is also heading the technical vertical of the company.
He has 18 years of experience of Corporate; He has worked with MNCs and Indian companies, Like Rentokil, Rentokil-PCI, Hi-Care & Xterminate, at different Managerial levels and have worked with very close to customers.
He has done Six Sigma Certification in operation from KPMG in 2009. He has also done the Certification Training on “Storage Pest Management and Fumigation from IGMRI, Hapur.
Mrs. Shobha Ojha
Mrs. Shobha has a Bachelor’s Degree in History Hons from Veer Kunwar Singh University. She has more than 10 years of HR experience. At Anti Cimex, Shobha oversees ACS’s Compensation, Benefits, HR Compliance, Recruitment, Business Support, and Talent Management.
In addition, Shobha is also responsible for ACS’s Health, Safety and Environment; Assure Administration; Operational Excellence; PM Training; Employee Rotation Program and Intern Program.
Here she has responsibility as Human Resource Director and heading the HR Vertical.
Mr. Durgesh Singh
Mr. Durgesh has a Bachelor’s Degree in science from Purvanchal University and did his MBA from Sikkim Manipal University. He has 14 years of work experience in sales & Operation. He has worked in PCI as Base Manager and independently handle the base. He has good administration knowledge.
He has also done the Certification Training on “Storage Pest Management and Fumigation from National Institute of Plant Health Management.
Here he is heading the Sales Vertical as a Director Sales.
Mr. Dinesh Singh
Mr. Dinesh has a Bachelor’s Degree in Arts from Agra University. He has 10 years of work experience in Operation. He has worked in major reputed company of Pest control industry i.e. NBHC, PCI & Rentokil. He has started his carrier from ground and had depth knowledge of operations. He has ability to understand the challenges of customers and can do the analysis and give the best solution to that issue.
Here he is heading the North region in Operation Vertical.
Mr. Vivek Shukla
Mr. Vivek has a Bachelor’s Degree in Arts from Chhatrapati Sahuji Maharaj University, Kanpur and did his Master degree in Business Management from Symbiosis International University, Pune. He has 8 years of corporate exposure. Proficient in handling pest management and hygiene in all industries like Food Handling , Retail , Hospitality , hotel , healthcare and pharma etc.
He has started his career with Pest Control India Pvt ltd in sales, later on worked with NBHC Pvt Ltd as a Senior Manager and leading the sales and operation team. He has also worked with Bug Buster Pest Management Services Pvt. Ltd. Here he was leading the Rajasthan Region.
Here In Anti Cimex, He is Leading the North region of India.
